Pala Finis Freestyler Hand Paddles that is designed to be used as training aid in order to improve the technique and effectiveness of the freestyle stroke. Promotes high elbows, long arm extension and correct hand entry. Finis' patented fin design (stabilizing fin) uses the same principles of a surfboard. With the correct entry into the water, the fin channels the hand forward for maximum extension in each stroke. Making sure to execute the correct entry provides the bases on which the rest of the stroke is built.
