It’s time to rock and roll. The Kinetic by Kurt R1 Direct Drive Smart Trainer features patented technology that allows free movement without a rocker plate. It’s the only direct-drive trainer that allows your bike to move naturally, which provides a more realistic riding experience when training indoors. The R1 is Kinetic’s first fully-compatible trainer with support for ANT+, ANT+ FE-C and BLE FTMS so you can enjoy popular training apps like TrainerRoad, Zwift and dozens of others. The R1 provides a comfortable, realistic and complete workout that puts it ahead of the pack. Please note: the R1 does not include a cassette.
